Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments and document accurate, timely medical records in electronic health systems.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in maintaining a safe and clean patient environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Must possess a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required upon hire.
