Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, ambulation, and nutrition.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.
- Active RN License in the State of Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain one).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to participate in the New Graduate Residency Program.
- Proficiency in using computerized medical equipment and EMR systems.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
