Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and assessments using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Document clinical information accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Active RN license (or eligible for NM licensure)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Clinical rotations completed within 6 months
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
