Responsibilities
- Del compassionate patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and OSHA safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio (or compact state)
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications (or obtain within 90 days)
- Clinical rotation or externship experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Pass background check and drug screening
