Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical units with 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance, infection control protocols, and JCAHO standards

Qualifications
