Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment and care planning for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation

Qualifications
- Valid Texas RN license (or compact license with TX endorsement)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
