Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with urgency
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Mentor new staff and uphold departmental standards of excellence
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota (or compact license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in hospital setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7pm-7am)
- Pass background check and drug screening
