Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via virtual platforms and phone consultations.
- Provide accurate triage and health education to patients in the Seattle and surrounding areas.
- Document patient interactions, symptoms, and care plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) with high precision.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and follow up on care instructions to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington (WA).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN) is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction.
