Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency/ICU settings
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient records accurately
- Respond to emergencies with rapid assessment
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Supervise LPNs/CNAs during shifts
Qualifications
- Active MI RN license
- BLS/ACLS certification
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Night shift preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Team leadership ability
