Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in condition
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas
- BSN or associate degree in Nursing with 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication abilities with patients and families
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize complex cases
