Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
- Monitor and document patient vitals and conditions throughout shifts
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and code blue protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas
- BSN degree preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
