Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including pain levels and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical care needs.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially in critical care or medical-surgical units.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse healthcare team.
