Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical situations effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, including critical care or Med-Surg.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
