Your Mission

As a Night Shift RN, you will be the first line of defense for our patients during the overnight hours. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs throughout the night shift to ensure patient safety and well-being.

  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other support staff, to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Colorado.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a Medical-Surgical or ICU environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
