Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, wound management, and IV therapy
- Monitor and assess patient vitals, symptoms, and treatment responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with critical intervention skills
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with relevant experience considered
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (night shift preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift rotations
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
