Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to critical changes in condition.
- Document patient care activities, observations, and interventions accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced night shift environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
