Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status closely.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient interactions and care changes in the electronic medical record.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
