Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to critical changes.
- Document all clinical findings, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Active RN License issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred (New grads welcome with mentorship).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.
