Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and continuously assess patient conditions to identify changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an acute care or hospital setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
