Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida (FL RN)
- BLS/CPR certification with AHA provider status
- ACLS certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to adapt to varying patient acuity levels
