Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and record patient health conditions and treatment plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or Virginia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or medical facility.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed for extended periods.
