Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient assessment and care coordination via telehealth platforms during overnight hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide clinical guidance and triage support to patients experiencing acute or chronic health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Monitor and respond to patient alerts and critical lab results in real-time
- Conduct virtual health screenings and medication reconciliation for diverse patient populations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for remote care delivery
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia (GA license required)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience, with preference for night shift background
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with strong experience considered
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual care technologies
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently in remote settings
- Certification in BLS and ACLS required; TNCC or ENPC preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to de-escalate situations virtually
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace for remote operations
