Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and pain levels.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care.
- Respond to medical emergencies with calm and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
