Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS required for Pediatric units).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable for off-site duties).
