Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients during night shifts.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document accurate medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and skill.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate clear and timely updates to patients, families, and physicians.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with Night Shift experience highly preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
