Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and pain levels, and intervene appropriately.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, pharmacists, and the wider healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
