Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, documenting any changes in condition immediately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with specific experience in acute care or medical-surgical units.
- CPR and BLS certification required (ACLS certification is a plus).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
