Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency, medical, or surgical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Recent nursing graduate or 0-2 years clinical experience
- ACLS/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
