Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and ensure documentation compliance
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge instructions

Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
