Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic personal hygiene care to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Document patient care plans, symptoms, progress, and changes in condition accurately.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to update patient care plans as needed.
- Support patients with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory for new applicants.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
