Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
