Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document EHR entries accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Adhere to OSHA/JCAHO safety protocols
- Participate in 8-hour shift rotations
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
- Unencumbered Oregon RN license (or eligible)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pass background/drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand 8+ hours daily
- Compassion for vulnerable populations
- Eagerness to learn through our residency program
