Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and update medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in emergency response situations and stabilize patient conditions.
- Perform routine procedures and maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and updates.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee required.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in our on-the-job training for new graduates.
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
