Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using EHR systems.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Nebraska Board of Nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a desire to learn.
