Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status remotely.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and progress accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team via secure telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with providers to develop and adjust patient care plans based on clinical findings.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments in a virtual setting.
