Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their health conditions.
- Document patient care activities, including observations, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Current PPD (Tuberculosis) test or chest X-ray result.
