Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status, identifying changes or deterioration that require intervention.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with trauma care as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the State of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associates, Bachelors, or Diploma).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting patients, standing for long periods, and walking.
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to patient safety.
