Responsibilities
- Provide direct and compassionate patient care under the supervision of licensed staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various nursing specialties.
