Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established nursing protocols.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for all patients.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN).
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
