Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately.
- Communicate critical information to the healthcare team and patient families.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healing environment for all patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California (or eligibility to obtain).
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (New Grads are encouraged to apply).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
