Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders.
- Document patient information accurately and completely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist with patient admission, transfers, and discharge procedures.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Nursing diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
