Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor health status closely.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding medical conditions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with triage procedures.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control measures.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- CPR (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume setting.
