Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status and administer medications/treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and reactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
