Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.

- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
