Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and health history reviews.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in clinical status.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records.

Qualifications
- Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
