Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing conditions, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record system.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, protocols, and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform routine health assessments and triage duties as required by shift assignments.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrated compassion and a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
