Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond immediately to emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the State of Oregon.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical standards.
