Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring tools.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, triage, and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient encounters accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and health maintenance strategies.
- Respond promptly to medical inquiries and escalate critical issues as necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital-wide committees.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
- BSN degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
