Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Assessments: Perform comprehensive health history reviews and symptom evaluations via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Triage & Decision Making: Utilize clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs and make appropriate referrals to on-site specialists.
- Documentation: Accurately and timely document all patient encounters, assessments, and treatment plans in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and preventative health strategies.
- Coordination: Collaborate with care teams, pharmacists, and social workers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in regular case reviews and quality improvement initiatives to maintain top-tier hospital standards.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington (WA).
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN) required.
- Experience: No prior clinical experience required; Entry Level candidates are welcome with a strong academic background.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, web-based applications, and navigating electronic medical records.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate professional discretion in a remote setting.
