Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history, physical exams, and observations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and communicate changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
